This class offers students a strong base to deepen their practice by exploring the fundamentals of yoga postures based on Iyengar yoga. Ample time is focused on how to align and activate each posture to build a safe and healthy practice. Hatha yoga postures stretch and align the body, promoting balance and flexibility. Good for students who like an energizing practice with more variety. Some yoga experience is recommended.
