Join Coach Teresa in a 50-minute Pilates Springboard workout.
Based on the Pilates Cadillac/Tower, the Springboard provides a full body workout that includes moving the spine in different directions. Each limb works with its own spring and managing the springs involves coordination of the brain and body. This is a great way to increase strength, flexibility, lengthening, balance and mind-muscle connection.
