This core and mobility class will incorporate the foam roller, stretching, mobility, ab and balance work. The roller helps release tight muscle myofascial tissue pre and/or post workout. Other tools such as bands and balls may be used to help realign and repair proper joint range and reduce muscular tension resulting in improved performance and enhanced flexibility.
