A yoga flow practice takes participants through various poses, coordinating movement with breath. A flow practice usually includes Sun Salutations, with modifications appropriate to the level of the class. It is a practice that helps to quiet the mind as one stays focused on the movement. It is a practice that connects mind, body, and breath and brings awareness to the natural flow and rhythm of life.
